Image
Shaheen has always passionately pursued her dream of having an exquisite brand of fine jewellery and has received great love for it. Her latest collection, Miraki, which finds its roots in the Greek language, is a testimony of this very passion. Miraki means the soul, creativity, or love put into something; the essence of yourself that is put into your work. Shaheen says, "Jewellery is a silent language and you just have to learn how to speak it" This line is much like Shaheen’s muse – A fiercely independent, intensely loving, passionately creative woman. The collection reflects the magnificent grace, elegance and jubilant love of the peacock. Taking from this symbol of exotic glamour, some pieces mirror the stunning motif of peacock feathers. Close to the esplanade is the beautiful Sidhowal lodge.  Having finished a day’s shooting, Ranbir would often walk from the Sidhowal lodge to the ‘Mall’ to relive his memories of assisting Sanjay Leela Bhansali for ‘Black’. Shot during the cold, beautiful winters in Shimla, Ranbir learnt the ropes as an assistant director on this film.  Says a source,  “Ranbir would often walk down by himself
